Philip and I are going to be dealing with a lot of changes in the coming months. To keep ourselves sane, we've been talking a lot of all the good things that will come out of these very stressful changes.
We'll be close to my family (lately Philip has started saying "next time" a lot -- "Next Christmas we'll be opening presents with your family" or "Next year we'll be watching the superbowl with your parents" or "Next year we'll be able to ring in the new year at your parents' party" and on and on). When it's all said and done, we will be in real, official careers (Philip will be in a job that he actually likes!). When we're in said careers, we will be making quite a bit of money. And that means that we will be able to start a family. And that means we will need a house!
So, lately we've devoted quite a bit of time to discussing our "dream house." We still have a few years until we're ready to have a mortgage, so our ideas may change by then. However, I got an invitation to Pinterest a week or so ago, and I've been collecting inspiration photos for our dream house ever since.
